Jean Scott is one of the most famous “low roller” in the world.
Her first book, “The Frugal Gambler”, is entirely dedicated to the gamblers from all around the world.
The book was published in 1998 and it teaches about how to find and enjoy the best comps and discounts that casinos offer and about the money management techniques.
Basically the idea is that, no matter what your level of play is, you can get big comps from the casinos.
The book became an important lesson for many players, which were interested in learning more about the lives of the low-rollers, who wanted to live like the high-rollers either in Las Vegas or in any other gaming paradise.
Jean Scott's life was itself an example of living like a high-roller, investing all her money in gambling.
Mrs. Scott became "The Queen of Comps" and in 2003 she published her second book, “More Frugal Gambler”.
“More Frugal Gambler” talks about the premise that the more corners you cut making money decisions, the longer you will be able to play.
And the longer you play, the better your casino experience will be.
There were also another two publications that completed Jean Scott's purpose: “How to Get Comps at a Casino” and “The Frugal Gambler”.
She is known for her appearances on TV in “The Today Show”, in “Hard Copy” or in “48Hours”, where she discussed the strategies for a successful game and the gaming industry.
She also appeared on The Travel Channel, the WPT's home television or in documentaries on the Discovery channels.
Just like the players who are new in the gambling industry, Jean Scott focused on video poker and on slot machines, so it is obvious that her books concentrate on these games too.
Jean Scott is one of the gambling ambassadors and her books are really entertaining, fun and educational.
